HOHDI Achievements in the Year 2023
2,300 indigents benefitted from HOHDI Ramadan and Sallah feeding in 2023 from Danja,Sabuwa, Funtua, Bakori, Batagarawa, Rimi, Katsina, Daura and Batsari Local Government Areas. Vocational training for widows and orphans to reach at least 50% of the Local Government Areas in Katsina State. Increase the amount of Revolving Micro Credit from N20,000 to N30,000 due to inlation and also introduce machineries (Electrical repair kits, Sewing Machines, Phone repair kits, etc.) for trained indigent youths (orphans) and widows. HOHDI will cover as many as possible the requests to equip skills laboratories from various Local Government Areas. Katsina Community College for Arabic and Islamic Studies, Goruba completed. Enrolment of IDPs and indigent children into schools and empowering their mothers to continue across the State. Partnerships and collaborations with State Governemnt and other bodies to continue.
